Starting in 2014 as an account executive, Kelly Taylor has established herself as a leader of the account services team and now assumes the position of group account director, coaching her colleagues in the department in achieving their goals and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Another internal promotion, Laurence Décarie-Duprat now holds the position of account manager on Kelly’s team. She has been filling the role of coordinator since 2020, when she joined us in the midst of the pandemic, with our first ever virtual employee onboarding.

And we’re thrilled to make room for our summer intern, Anastasia Collet, who has come into her own as a strategic planner and has been offered a permanent position on our account services team. A future graduate of UQAM in marketing communications, she focused her studies on the psychology of motivation and emotions.
