We are currently looking for that special someone to fill a new coordinator position within our Account Services team. Our Account Services team is responsible for client relations and project management, as well as strategic planning and new client development.
Our team of 12 professionals celebrated its 28th birthday this year, and we are still growing. We have developed a vast expertise in the food and travel industries, and are also comfortable with financial services, telecommunications, culture and B2B. Our integrated services offering requires our consulting team to have a special ability to roll with the punches and an openness towards learning about different marketing communication disciplines. What We Are Looking For
You have one to three years experience in managing marketing projects in a professional setting. You should have a university degree in communications, marketing, public relations, advertising or business administration. Above all, you must demonstrate a high level of comfort and proficiency in organization and project management. In order to better meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele across Canada and beyond, you should have a perfect command of the English language first and foremost, but should also demonstrate fluency in French, written and spoken, for day-to-day communications with your French-speaking colleagues, partners and clients.
Participate in the planning, launch, execution and conclusion of a project in accordance to time and budget objectives and established quality standards.
Participate in the selection and management of external and internal resources needed to carry out projects. Responsible for meeting timeline and budget targets. Contribute to ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
