E-Commerce Packaging: Challenges and Opportunities

On Thursday, November 9, the “E-Commerce Packaging: Challenges and Opportunities” conference took place. Organized by the PAC Consortium in collaboration with ITEGA (the Institut de Technologie des Emballages et du Génie Alimentaire), its purpose was to look into the development and optimization of packaging solutions in the era of e-commerce.

Our President and Chief Executive Officer, Jean-Marc Demers, was invited to present at the conference and lead a workshop on packaging as a branding tool in the e-commerce era. He showed how packaging plays an important communications and marketing role in branding from the consumer’s point of view and how companies can draw on little details that take the consumer experience farther, confirming (or re-confirming) brand loyalty.
